Bora-Foam is the first termite-resistant expanded polystyrene insulation designed for basement and crawl space encapsulation.
• Resistant to termite damage
• Blocks moisture
• Provides R-10 insulation
• Safe for handling and non-corrosive -- no itch like fiberglass, won't cut your hands like foil products
• May be used as rim/band joist insulation
• Sheet size 4' x 8' x 2.5" Nominal (Actual: 48" x 94" x 2.5")
• Meets requirements of IBC Section 2603.8 and IRC Section 320.5

Very pleased with product overall. Moisture barrier (3ml) both side and termite resistant material was a selling point for me initially. Very pleased with the way it cuts (using a fine tooth hand saw) leaving clean cuts. It’s priced well compared to box stores, although they do not have a comparable product, not even close. Highly recommend this for DIYers like myself!

I’m so glad I found this place, was able to seal my Crawlspace myself saving a ton of money. This insulation is cheaper than what you can get at the big box stores, and thicker. Buy a long blade to cut it with.
