Shipping & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund/exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Refunds/exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
If your item is damaged during shipment or if the item is defective, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Once the returned item is received and inspected you will receive a refund/replacement if the item is deemed defective or damaged during shipping.
If a refund is due we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax (if applicable). Please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent (if applicable)
We ship throughout the United States and may be able to ship to some international locations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
