SMART VENT foundation flood vents are uniquely designed to provide both flood protection and ventilation in these instances and are the only vents certified to meet the requirements as set forth by FEMA and the NFIP for all homes or buildings located in a flood plain.
This is a vented model intended for a vented crawl space. Each vent protects 200 sq/ft of area below the base flood elevation.
